Emily Sidhu, Managing Director, Private Sector Finance

Emily has around 20 years of experience working in public sector financial institutions. She was previously at UK Export Finance for almost 18 years, where her last role was as Head of Project Finance Risk. Since November 2022 she has worked at the National Wealth Fund, looking at CCUS, hydrogen and other clean energy sectors.

During her career Emily has negotiated and financed projects across the energy and infrastructure spectrum in the UK, Europe and across the world. She has experience in origination, structuring, credit and portfolio roles. Emily has a BSc (hons) in Mathematics and a PhD in Civil Engineering.
