Patricia Galloway, Chief People Officer
Patricia Galloway is our Chief People Officer. A senior HR professional, Patricia has spent almost three decades leading teams across three continents and multiple sectors.
Patricia has also been a Vice President and Board member of the City Women’s Network and continues to advocate for women in business. She was also a Non-Executive Director at the Association of Foreign Banks, having preciously Chaired the HR committee for over ten years.
In addition to her HR leadership role, at her previous organisation Patricia was the Deputy Branch Manager of the UK Operation, held the Significant Influence Function CF29 position with the FCA, and was Chair of the Governance Committee for London.
In her current role, Patricia is committed to bringing together the best of public and private sector talent and skills to deliver the NWF’s mission.
