Susan Urkevich, Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Susan has held diverse roles spanning sustainability, infrastructure finance and lending, enterprise-wide transformation, and operational resilience. She held the position of Head of Sustainability, Wholesale Credit & Lending at HSBC, and various COO roles, where she leveraged technology to drive innovation and enhance process efficiency. As COO for Corporates, Financials and Multinational Banking, Susan oversaw the Libor transition and group-wide operational optimisation projects for global and wholesale banking clients.
